It was a very nice stay at the authentic and cosy apartment very close to the city center and to the several important points of Budapest. Mihaly and his super friendly sweet dog Lexi did their best to make my time at their home and in amazing Budapest comfortable and interesting🥰 I'm thankful😇

My stay with Mihaly was just what I was looking for in Budapest. Mihaly was an excellent host who communicated well and was patient with all of my travel delays, questions, comings and goings, etc. He is a friendly, accommodating guy and his apartment was conveniently located near a tram hub - so convenient for getting around the city. As a bonus, he has a delightful dog named Lexie who is just as welcoming!

Great host. Really good location. 5 minutes from some very good restaurants and bars. Public transport if you need it is all around. Tram 5 minutes away metro 10 minutes. Walking to the sites is also quite easy to find. Three floors of stairs but if you're fit enough to walk all the sites the stairs will come in your stride. No problem at all in recommending this place.

We just stayed three days at Mihalys appartment and it was a joy. The appartment is situated at the top floor and the room is very quiet and of good size. Mihaly is very polite and his dog is extremely sweet😄 We will be back. Best Soren & Kim

Mihaly was very organised in answering any question ahead of the stay. The check in was short and precise with a lot of advice and adresses to explore. Mihaly was trustful he left the apartment for the weekend therefore we couldn't exchange more face face. The room is very spacious and the shared bathroom neat. Very near from center and restaurant and public transports.

With Mihaly and his little Lexi (female dog), you immediately feel at home. The contact is very pleasant. You have peace and privacy in the light-filled, large room if you wish, but you also have wonderful conversations with the host over a beer, a kebab, and a coffee. Thank you for the time spent together, Mihaly. I would love to come back to you, to your historic house in Budapest. Until then, Ruedi

Lovely old world apartment with spacious room and lovely host with sweet little dog. Be aware it is six flights of stairs up to the third floor, and there is no lift, so travel light! Great location near the Danube and tram stops. Recommended if you're looking for somewhere quirky to stay and among the locals!

Perfect quiet location, close to all Budapest attractions, wonderful host, friendly and caring. Worth visiting again!

I am so glad I chose this place because it was almost like a great cultural experience. Mihaly is such a nice polite kind host, and you can see his touch of care everywhere. I don't mind climbing stairs, so I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The location was great, allowed me to walk and explore the city.
