Location: Located in the heart of Historic Downtown Covington, our one-bedroom one bath apartment is only a 7 min walk to the historic town square, .6 miles from Piedmont-Newton Hospital, 1.8 miles from Oxford College, 6.3 miles from the Georgia International Horse Park, 33 miles (40 min drive) from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Historic Covington and surroundings are ******** the South" because of the many films and TV series filmed here (******** Covington town square is lively with several fine restaurants and retail shops. Although we're only a few blocks from the town square, the apartment has a private location overlooking a pool, 2 ponds and lots of trees. The area is walking, biking, jogging, and golf cart friendly.

The space: We welcome you to our spacious and charming, fully furnished, one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. You'll find a complete kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker and toaster. If you need any additional utensils please ask us, we likely have them available. There's a large Roku accessorized smart television in the living room and Wi-Fi is provided. There are towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer, located in the bathroom. An iron and ironing board are available.

Guest access: This apartment will be exclusively for your use while you are our guests.

Interaction with guests: We will be available to show you the property and help you get acquainted with Covington. We live next door if there are any emergencies.
