Apartment for 4 persons, close from métro Mairie des Lilas, 10 minutes the very center of Gay Paris. Nice living with kitchen, bathroom and private bedroom with terrace and little garden. Quiet and secure neighborhood, bars, restaurants, shopping centers and a pretty public garden in front of the apartment.

The apartment feels a little dated, but that's okay because everything is well maintained and clean. At this price you can only get a room in the Paris area, but here you get a whole apartment when the owner is traveling. (which he often is) The bedroom has exterior blinds (darkens completely), the bathroom has a bathtub and the living room has a well-equipped open kitchen in addition to WiFi and TV. There is also a terrace, which is certainly great in summer. The apartment is quiet and you can hear the neighbors cooking at noon, but at night the neighbors sleep and it is generally a quiet residential area. Use earplugs if necessary. The Mairie de Lilas bus and metro stop is only a 5-minute walk away. It is 20 minutes to the center of Paris and 30 minutes to the Gare du Nord train station. A big thank you to Alain and his girlfriend for the warm welcome.

A quiet place in a very pleasant environment. 5 minutes walk from the metro, 10 minutes walk from Porte des Lilas.
