It is a typical neighborhood of the city of Buenos Aires, quiet and eclectic that lately has grown a lot, with new gastronomic and commercial proposals for all tastes. It has access to a lot of public transport, although you can reach many places walking.
The location is extremely optimal in terms of accessibility.
My apartment is located 7 blocks from Malabia subway station line B, which takes you to the downtown (the obelisk) and with which You can make combinations with the other subway lines.
Located a few blocks from 2 main avenues of Buenos Aires (3 from Corrientes and 4 of Cordoba). There is a lot of transportation to different areas of the city and buses.
It is also close (you can walk, about ten blocks) to Palermo Soho and Plaza Serrano, one of the most tourist and fun areas of the city and where much of Palermo's nightlife is concentrated (restaurants, cafes, bars and discos).
1 block from the outlet area, where are all the known brands of clothing, shoes and wallets. It is also 15 minutes by subway from Shopping Abasto, one of the most important in the city (with cinemas, places to eat and buy clothes).
Also 4 blocks away is a hypermarket where you can make all the necessary purchases.
It is a very nice and quiet area, surrounded by shops, restaurants, cafes and craft breweries.
