This special place is close to everything: it will be very easy to plan your visit. 200 meters from Plaza Serrano (Plaza Cortázar). In the heart of the area, but in a quiet street, to walk around. It is one of the most inhabited and visited districts by the LGTBQ+ community in the city. With specialty cafes, varied culinary offerings, bars and both day and night life. Several restaurants, including 3 of the most famous steakhouses in the city, and stores selling clothing, decoration, art, etc. Two squares with artisan fairs on weekends. It has a living room, a bedroom with view and exit to a patio / garden for private use with hammock and table to eat and be outdoors. It is easily accessible and is in a safe area. It is located on the first floor of the building with windows to the front. A living dining room (with large double sofa and dining table). One bedroom (with double bed) to the front. Complete bathroom and kitchen. Washing machine, washing machine, clothesline, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. Air conditioning (hot/cold) and gas heating. Wooden curtains for total darkness. Free Wi Fi.

We really enjoyed staying in Guillermo's comfortable and cozy apartment in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires! The apartment is well situated for exploring this vibrant neighborhood, yet peaceful enough to not be disturbed by all of the action. The courtyard with a hammock is an especially peaceful retreat from the hubbub of the city. We are big travelers and were pleasantly surprised with Guillermo's place. Bonus: Guillermo and his boyfriend, Alpe, were super helpful and friendly!

Guillermo is a great host! His apartment was very comfortable and had everything i needed. He went out of his way to show me his favorite shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend his place.

Absolutely LOVED my stay at Guillermo's place in SoHo! Not only was it convenitly located, but it was an oasis in a very vibrant area. Loved the patio, the art, the beds were comfy, and overall the rest and relaxation and rejuvenation I was able to bask in prior to leaving for home was warmly welcomed (and missed now!) - I would not only recommend Guillermo's place to anyone thinking about visiting, but I myself will always see if this new "home away from home" is available when I venture back!
