The apartment is located in downtown Buenos Aires. Located on Avenida Corrientes 400 (between Reconquista and San Martin), just 300 meters from the river and the exclusive neighborhood of Puerto Madero, one of the most prestigious in the city. It borders with the neighborhood of Recoleta and Retiro (you can walk to both neighborhoods). San Nicolas, the neighborhood where the apartment is located, houses the Obelisco (600 meters), the Colon Theater (800 meters) and the emblematic Plaza de Mayo, Cabildo and Government House (Casa Rosada), just 400 meters away. In Corrientes Avenue, among other attractions, you can find its traditional pizzerias and the most important theaters of the city. Just 200 meters from the apartment is The Kirchner Cultural Center (CCK): a space for visual arts, musical shows and exhibitions, located in the building that was formerly the headquarters of the Central Mail of Buenos Aires. It is the most important in size in Latin America and the third in the world. Many of the most important tourist attractions of the city can be reached on foot (Puente de la Mujer, Santa Fe Avenue, Retiro Train Station, San Martín Square, Galerías Pacifico Shopping Mall, Centro Cultural Borges, Centro Cultural San Martin among many other attractions).

This was my first ever stay in Buenos Aires. I couldn't have done better! Great Location walking distance to Obelisco and Casa Rosada. Also pedestrian Calle Florida is a must. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. AC and a spacious terrace for dinner. The host is very friendly and checks on you via text to ensure the best experience.

The flat was impeccable. The location could not be more central. Unfortunately, I was not able to actually meet Francisco, who seems to be a nice bloke, our communication by Email was excellent. I loved the place and my experience was wonderful. I highly recomment this flat. Thank you Francisco for having me in our property.

What an incredible place to stay; travel around Buenos Aires was so easy, the place was clean and immaculate, the stocking of everyday kitchen items were appreciated, and the host was super quick at responding. The place gave a fun experience with an interesting style of elevator and skeleton style keys. Even better the place was secure and the door staff were very helpful. I do hope to return to Buenos Aires and plan on returning to this apartment.

Francisco was a wonderful host. He was so responsive to all of my questions. The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable. It is within walking distance to many of the important sites in Buenos Aires
