Elegant designer loft completely renovated and equipped, all new! Located on a 9th floor with open view to the city and lots of sun.
The interior features:
- One bedroom with king size double bed, semi-rigid foam mattress (no springs).
- A spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, dining table and a comfortable desk with library to work, study or read.
Large closet and 42 inch TV in the bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric oven) and all utensils.
Bathroom with shower. All exquisitely decorated.
Air conditioning hot/cold. It has hairdryer, iron, ironing board and portable clothesline.
The address of the apartment is Avenida Dorrego 1711 (between Cabrera and Gorriti).
WiFi Internet connection 100 Mbps 24 hours a day!
The building does not have its own parking lot. There are several paid parking lots very close to the apartment.
