The Reveal
Beautiful and amazing apartment recently renovated to new in the heart of the city of Buenos Aires. It's perfect for tourists because is located only 3 blocks away from the "Obelisco", one block away from the Colombus Theater, the "Palacio de Justicia", the Lavalle Square and many other tourist points. It has quick access by foot to many theaters, bars, historic and cultural buildings, galleries and shopping malls. The apartment is located in a building preserved by the urban heritage of the City of Buenos Aires for its historical and cultural value. The unit is renovated to new in 2017. It offers a living-dining room with built-in kitchen and breakfast bar. Spacious room with a big wardrobe and storage. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower bath screen, taps and details of first quality. Also there is has a small inside-yard. The flat is decorated with details of quality in a modern Nordic Style mostly in "Paraíso" wood with international designer furnishings, linen curtains and air conditioning both in the kitchen and dining room. There are two big Smart TVs with internet access and Netflix for entertainment.
The building is very peaceful and quiet, ideal to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is located a block away from Córdoba Avenue and 3 blocks away from the Santa Fe Avenue, two of the main commercial streets of the city with plenty of clothes shops, coffee shops, restaurants, craft ice cream parlors, recreation centers and everything you need for a stay 5 stars.

The apartment is located in the downtown area, one of the most tourist place in the city. The area has been recently refurbished by the City Goverment and now has very good public lighting, new and ample walking trails and permanent police presence. Only one block away from the aparment is the Lavalle Square, which has a green area of 7 thousand square meters that turns into focal point to observe the "Porteño life-style" and enjoy the historic buildings of the city with night lighting like the best european style. From this square you can watch The Colombus Theatre, the Justice Palace and other historical places.
There are many parking lots in the neighborhood, which greatly facilitates to save a vehicle in case the guest rent a car during the stay. The building has a parking in front, enabled 24hs with almost 200 parking spaces.
The neighborhood has a large number of bus lines nearby (more than 20 different branches and lines). The Subway D "Tribunales Station" is one block away from the apartment, and lines A, B and C are in a radius of 6 blocks. This allows the guest to travel around the whole city through any way of transportation of your preference or walk instead if you want to make a by feet tour. Also, the downtown location allows easily find taxis and Uber drivers.

Although we had to cancel our trip last minute, Diego and Franco were awesome and we're super disappointed that we did not get to meet them. Maybe next year.

wonderful location close to the Obelisco easy walking distance to San Telmo, plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The apartment is small and very limited natural light... but is very quiet.

Exactly as the description. This apartment is perfectly located near plenty of bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. Everything you need is a 5-minute walk or less away. I felt comfortable, safe, and happy in this apartment. Diego is incredible! I loved meeting him and I'll call him the next time I come to Buenos Aires.

Diego is a very genuinely great host, he made sure we were comfortable from the moment we walked into the apparent. He's warm and pleasant. The appartement was phenomenal, clean, comfortable and located close to all major attractions Buenos Airea has to offer. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. A must place to stay!!!

I've been traveling for years (32 countries and counting) and I can assure that Diego is one of the best host I've had. Communication was impressive. He went above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience while in Buenos Aires. This location is at walking distance of many many good places and landmarks to enjoy. Excellent property and excellent host. The apartment looks exactly as it appears in the photos. Very clean and complete, very well located if you want to visit the main attractions of Buenos Aires. Almost everything is within short walking distance. The neighborhood is very quiet, the building is very beautiful. The apartment is a bit dark because it's an interior unit, but who needs that when you can go out and visit all of Buenos Aires. Diego was VERY kind, he accommodated to my arrival and departure times, very attentive to me at all times, giving me recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and in general, very willing to answer all my questions. He also covered all the details: city tourist map, bathroom items, and water available. Highly recommended. Thank you for the hospitality!
