Welcome to Buenos Aires! I welcome you to my home, where you can stay on the guest floors of my house. They are two bright and modern floors. You will have a luxury kitchen, fully equipped, two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and the other with a King size bed plus a desk with a divan to relax and read a book. Each floor has a full bathroom, the upstairs bathroom with a view of the garden from the double Scottish shower will allow you to relax during your stay. The house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Nuñez, in the north of the city of Buenos Aires. You can enjoy my charming house while being close to all the attractions of the city. The house has everything you need (WIFI, central heating by radiators and individual boiler, air conditioning, a nice living room where you can relax, balcony terrace and garden).

The house is beautiful and recently built, and I am very proud of it. In the beautiful neighborhood of Nuñez; well known for its footboal team, River Plate, with many trendy bars and restaurants. Within walking distance you will find stores, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, gym and public transportation (subway, bus, train to Tigre and Retiro). Congreso de Tucumán subway station and Nuñez train station are 7 blocks away and Aeroparque airport (AEP) is 15 minutes away by cab. You are welcome to come and spend a few days with me. I will try to keep you comfortable and try to make you feel at home, and if I have time, I can share some dinners and city tours with you. I love to host people and enjoy this fantastic city, I hope to meet you soon to enjoy this fantastic city!

Esteban is an amazing host, attentive, intelligent, and friendly. His house is beautiful and very comfortable. Easy location for anywhere in Buenos Aires. Markets, pharmacies, bakeries all very close. It was an excellent stay for us and an incredible experience.

I would say Esteban is an exceptional host. He is considerate, hospitable, intelligent and charming. His place is meticulously clean and tidy, well furnished with a refined taste, and located in a nice community. I was also invited to the house party at the weekend and had a fantastic time with Esteban and his cool friends. I highly recommend that you stay with Esteban during your stay in Buenos Aires and I am sure you are gonna get a world-class b&b experience.

Esteban is a perfect host. He is charming, well educated, has travelled widely and made me feel extremely welcome in his beautiful modern home. His contact and willingness to coordinate arrival/ departure was exceptional. Accommodation offered is a private suite (accessed through Esteban's home) and is beautifully appointed. There is sitting area, desk, double bed and dressing to the side leading to own personal bathroom. Above the studio is outside dining area and use of jacuzzi if desired. Location is in desirable, safe area and D line metro gets you to central BsAs in 30mins. Alternatively, Tigre train to Retiro more pleasant and rapid. Lots of taxis and cheap by European standards. I highly recommend and most definitely would stay again with Esteban. Thank you. Big hug to Lucas ( bulldog in case anyone has not read property description).

Esteban was an excellent host: friendly, kind, and always available, but the place was A M A Z I N G, literally "Awesome modern house". Is close to the metro station and the train station too. There are a lot restaurants around. Even just to walk, is a beautiful plan. The house has everything (and more), the jacuzzi was a really big plus, I loved it. You gonna enjoy pretty much to rest in the Esteban's house. Thanks a lot, from the bottom of my heart.
