Excellent location, close to everything in Palermo. Very nice apartment, lots of light and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Mariano very pleasant.

Excellent experience. I especially highlight Mariano's hospitality, whose attention made the stay even more pleasant. The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from Plaza Italia subway, the Ecoparque (former Zoo) and the Botanical Garden. Furthermore, it is very close to Plaza Armenia, a vibrant area with an excellent gastronomic offer, cafés and very good bars to enjoy both day and night. Another great advantage is connectivity. Thanks to the proximity of the subway, it is very easy and quick to reach iconic places in the city, such as Plaza de Mayo, Avenida 9 de Julio and the Obelisk, Avenida Corrientes, with its varied theater offerings, and the traditional San Telmo neighborhood. In short, it is an excellent option for those seeking hospitality, comfort and a strategic location to enjoy Buenos Aires, both its tourist attractions and its gastronomic and cultural life. Totally recommended!

Mariano is a fantastic host! Communication was smooth from start to finish. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with a glass of wine and kept his evening free to grab a drink with us in a local bar. He made us feel right at home. Location: Situated on a quiet street and only a short walk away from excellent bars and restaurants. Room: Cozy, with a comfortable bed and AC for a great night's sleep. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Mariano was a great host! We felt very comfortable. He made us feel at home. He was very kind and gave us lots of advice to enjoy the city. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts, lunch, etc., which we really appreciated. The location is very good, the neighborhood is full of restaurants and places to have drinks. My stay with Mariano was very pleasant. Mariano welcomed me very warmly and proved to be friendly and attentive to my requests about the city of Buenos Aires, transportation and telephone matters. His information made life easier for me in this big city. I had a problem with my next accommodation which was cancelled despite me. Mariano agreed to let me stay with him for two additional nights to align with the dates of another accommodation. I am very grateful to him. The apartment is very nice, in a quiet location with a sunny balcony. The bedroom is very comfortable with a large bed and a very functional large closet. And there's a bonus. The building is set in a magnificent, well-maintained garden with a swimming pool that I was able to enjoy every day when I returned from my activities.

Great host and wonderful apartment to stay in a super district. Easy and walkable to all amenities. Very secure apartment and really enjoyed the kitchen and balcony. Having access to the pool was also a plus on the very hot days. Mariano was very kind and gave us some great suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to eat. Would highly recommend staying here.
