Mariano is a fantastic host! Communication was smooth from start to finish. Upon arrival, he welcomed us with a glass of wine and kept his evening free to grab a drink with us in a local bar. He made us feel right at home. Location: Situated on a quiet street and only a short walk away from excellent bars and restaurants. Room: Cozy, with a comfortable bed and AC for a great night's sleep. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Mariano was a great host! We felt very comfortable. He made us feel at home. He was very kind and gave us lots of advice to enjoy the city. We were able to use the kitchen for breakfasts, lunch, etc., which we really appreciated. The location is very good, the neighborhood is full of restaurants and places to have drinks. We would definitely come back!

My stay with Mariano was very pleasant. Mariano welcomed me very warmly and proved to be friendly and attentive to my requests about the city of Buenos Aires, transportation and telephone matters. His information made life easier for me in this big city. I had a problem with my next accommodation which was cancelled despite me. Mariano agreed to let me stay with him for two additional nights to align with the dates of another accommodation. I am very grateful to him. The apartment is very nice, in a quiet location with a sunny balcony. The bedroom is very comfortable with a large bed and a very functional large closet. And there's a bonus. The building is set in a magnificent, well-maintained garden with a swimming pool that I was able to enjoy every day when I returned from my activities.

Great host and wonderful apartment to stay in a super district. Easy and walkable to all amenities. Very secure apartment and really enjoyed the kitchen and balcony. Having access to the pool was also a plus on the very hot days. Mariano was very kind and gave us some great suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to eat. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Mariano was very accommodating and his apartment was renovated and very sunny and bright and had lots of great recos for food etc. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes, and a great gym is just a block and a bit away. Plaza Serrano a 7 min walk Quite a few of the apartments in Buenos Aires a little more "rustic" so it is nice to have a place that was modern. Would stay here again for sure

It was a pleasure staying at Mariano's place. Not only is he very friendly and open, he also gave valuable tips to navigate the city, including great restaurant suggestions. I had a great time, and would definitely stay there next time.
