Comfortable apartment in Balvanera, borders the Palermo and Recoleta neighborhoods, two very beautiful areas of CABA. Very close to great attractions, museums and shopping centers. Two blocks from the new station of the H line, subway and four blocks from Gardel station (Line B) and Pueyrredón station (Line D). You can feel as comfortable as at home. Close to attractions such as bowling, restos and others.
If you like nudism you will be free here. The spaces to be shared will be the living room or living room with two comfortable armchairs, the kitchen, the bathroom and a terrace. The study or second room will be your space and next door I have my private room.
