Comfortable apartment in Balvanera, borders the Palermo and Recoleta neighborhoods, two very beautiful areas of CABA. Very close to great attractions, museums and shopping centers. Two blocks from the new station of the H line, subway and four blocks from Gardel station (Line B) and Pueyrredón station (Line D). You can feel as comfortable as at home. Close to attractions such as bowling, restos and others. If you like nudism you will be free here. The spaces to be shared will be the living room or living room with two comfortable armchairs, the kitchen, the bathroom and a terrace. The study or second room will be your space and next door I have my private room.

Laureano is a great host. He is an interior designer, and it shows in the beautiful decoration of his apartment. His place is super well located in Recoleta near two subway lines, and it's very easy and safe to walk directly from the apartment to many places. Laureano gave me space, but he was also kind and made sure to check if I had everything I needed. One evening he invited me to dinner with him and some of his friends, and he offered me advice on what to do in Buenos Aires and Córdoba. Thank you for everything, Laureano!

Laureano is a great host, a warm, kind and respectful person. My stay at Laureano's place was very pleasant and we were able to share interesting conversations. He is very well informed about what is happening in the city and the places you would be interested in visiting. In my opinion, it is a place with an excellent host for spending a few days in Buenos Aires, highly recommendable. Thank you Laureano!!!

Laureano is a wonderful host. Always attentive to details and his guests' needs. A warm person with a great sense of humor, who makes you feel at home from the very beginning. We've shared wonderful conversations and dinners. The apartment is comfortable and in an unbeatable location in Buenos Aires, close to everything. Totally recommendable!
