Private Studio with Terrace

The apartment is in a very nice location. Palermo Soho is waking distance and so is the subway connection. There are some very good restaurants in the area. The terrace around the studio is very nice and spacious with plenty of places to sit in the sun and shade. However, the studio is small, so it can be a problem if you're with your spouse and you want space to cook and move around (or if it's too cold to use the terrace). However, the studio is above the apartment and it's a very big issue if you want to bring up a friend into the studio apartment even if you just want to have a chat. The lack of privacy became so uncomfortable for us that we left early after only a few days because we felt like we lacked privacy and it was too much of a process and explanation to bring up any guests. Ariel refunded part of the money for the days that we would not stay, so that was good of him.

Everything went well. Ariel communicated well and collection of keys as planned. Same for my departure. Studio is accessed through Ariel and Diego's apartement and is one floor above theirs with own private shower room. Full height windows on two sides with access onto large terrace. Suited my needs perfectly. I met Diego before leaving and both are good hosts.

Ariel's place is amazing. Excellent location, near of transportation, the space and terrace is amazing. Ariel is very kind, always willing to help and give you advises for walking around the city. Do not hesitate in stay at his place. Thank you, Ariel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ariel's studio, while visiting Buenos Aires. The studio, itself, is an amazing space...and, so perfectly situated near the Palermo district. The hosts, Ariel and Diego, are both very kind and helpful guys. They gave us some great ideas about things to do while in Buenos Aires. It was nice having them nearby...they live in the flat downstairs...but, quite honestly we had complete privacy, with both of them letting us know to call on them if we had any specific needs or questions. The apartment is located on the rooftop of the building, with a very charming deck that wraps around it. We have stayed in several mister b&b apartments in our travels...and, frankly, this place is very high on our list of favorite places!

Very well decorated loft situated two blocks from Palermo Viejo (restaurants, bars and shopping area) in a calm area. 6 blocks from subway line (B). The loft is very comfortable and clean. It has a great terrace and a lot of light. Ariel is very helpful with information on the area and the city. The loft is very independent but since it shares the entrance with Ariel's flat you cannot bring hosts from outside. If you have valid exceptions address the issue with Ariel before renting.
