The Studio is part from a mid fifties renovated flat, in its second floor with a full bathroom and kitchenette, surrounded by a huge terrace full of plants.
The decor is modern in a house with art everywhere. It's full of light even in the bathroom. Has a very comfortable double bedded futon, flat screen cable tv, wifi, air conditioning and heating and a table with chairs.
The terrace surrounds the studio, has a barbecue, different areas to hang out and the wifi is available all over the studio and terrace.
Being located just two blocks from Palermo Soho, the place is very quiet on a cobblestone street. Just a few blocks from the subway and a few steps from the vibrant Palermo.
Even though the studio is part from a home, it has all the guest may need to have a fully private experience. Of course he/she will be welcome to share sometime with the hosts.
For comments I got, I'd like to clarify that my guests can bring whoever they want as long as they know who they are. For security reasons and safety of our guests and mine, it's absolutely forbidden to bring hook ups or people from a chat or sex express apps or unknown people.
We dont let strangers in the studio.

Located in the edge of Palermo, side of Villa Crespo, two blocks from Palermo Soho. One block from Cordoba Av. outlet area and also the Gurruchaga outlet zone. Easy transportation to all the main spots in Buenos Aires, 6 blocks from the subway and just a few steps from many bus lines.
If Tango is important, we are located just a few blocks from the most important Tango milongas as La Viruta, Salon Canning, etc.
Palermo is one of the gay neighborhoods, so bars and clubs are very close as well as the two Palermo Soho squares.
