Belle Époque gem in the heart of historic Balvanera

Gastón and Guilherme are excellent hosts. They have a beautiful historic apartment that is very centrally located. They were attentive during my stay to ensure I had everything I needed. They speak English very well and were patient with my Spanish. There is no air conditioning, but there is a good fan in the room, and the blinds help block out the sun.

I'm happy with my stay with Guilherme and Gastón. They saved me with short notice accommodation and we were able to discuss my arrival without any problems. The bed and room were clean and comfortable with a fan, which helps me sleep and made a great place to relax. I appreciated their various recommendations so I didn't have to catch up with new places in the area. Most importantly, I enjoyed their great vibes—very necessary when staying with strangers.

Guilherme and Gastón have been very attentive at other times, they have given me useful recommendations and we have even had pleasant conversations. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the subway, shops and the city center. A quiet neighborhood.

I had very little time to explore and enjoy the many beauties of Buenos Aires, but staying in a conveniently well-located house made it easy to get around and make the most of my visit. Resting in a comfortable bed, in a spotless space, also made a big difference. Guilherme and Guzmán are very kind, welcoming, and gave excellent tips about the city. Highly recommended!

It was incredible to stay with Guilherme and Gastón! Their apartment is beautiful, with a stunning clean décor (just how I like it) and a gently fragrant atmosphere. Both are very kind, they helped me with all my questions, they know the city well, it was a pleasure to spend some time with both of them. Also, the neighborhood is perfect for tourists, full of cafés, restaurants, shops, metro stations... simply wandering around the area is an experience in itself! I'll definitely stay there again!
