Two-room apartment completely renovated to new in 2022. The space is decorated in modern Japandi style, design furniture and first quality. It has an independent kitchen and breakfast area. Air Conditioning Hot/Cold of 3000 frigories. Smart TV 3D Sony 45 inches in Living (3D glasses available in the apartment) and Smart TV 45 inches in Bedroom, both with Amazon Fire Stick. High speed Internet of 200 Megas. Large work area for home office. Nespresso coffee machine. State-of-the-art electronic lock for automatic entry without the need of a physical key for self check in/check out by the guest. Security camera on the outside of the house for added security.
- Regarding the sleeping spaces, inside the room there is a double bed and in the living room a large sofa bed ideal for 1 (one) additional guest.
- Automatic check in and check out with electronic lock of the apartment and safety box for building keys.

- The check-in time is flexible, but must be previously coordinated with the Host. It must be considered that if the day of arrival the apartment has a guest, who will leave at check-out time (11.00 pm), the check-in can only be done after 13:00 since 2 (two) hours are needed to clean, sanitize and prepare the unit for the new guests.
- It is forbidden to use the towels, towels, sheets and extra Nespresso capsules that are stored in the apartment and out of reach of the guests. They are inventoried. In case of verifying, after the guest's departure, that any of these items have been used, an additional charge of 10 USD per unit used will be made.
