Elegant and cozy designer apartment for up to 3 guests. In the heart of the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood, it has everything new and completely renovated/equipped. A 7th floor with a French balcony, very bright and with a great open view of the city. Many of the city's attractions can be visited on foot or by any means of public transport (excellent connection with metro, trains and buses). In a quiet area but a few meters from parks, bars, restaurants, museums, etc!
Elegant design apartment completely renovated and equipped. All new! Located on the 7th floor with open views of the city and lots of sun.
The interior has 1 room (bedroom with a Queen size double bed, semi-rigid foam mattress, not springs) and a spacious room with 1 sofa bed, dining table and a comfortable desk to work, study or read.
Large closet in the bedroom. TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all its new appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, gas oven and dishwasher) and all its utensils.
Bathroom with shower. All exquisitely decorated.
Two hot/cold air conditioners (one in the room and one in the living-dining room and an electric hot plate in the room. It has a hair dryer, iron for clothes, ironing board and clothesline.
The address of the apartment is Paraguay 5225 (between Bonpland and Fitz Roy).
WiFi Internet connection 62 Mbps 24 hours a day!
The building does not have its own parking lot. There are several paid parking spaces very close to the apartment.

Located to the north east of the city, Palermo is the largest ‘bairro’ of Buenos Aires and his home to loads of gay bars, restaurants, and gay clubs. On top of this, Palermo is also teeming with loads of galleries, shops, and cafes, making it the kind of area you could spend an entire day in.
In terms of the best gay bars and clubs in Palermo, there are several options. Sitges is great for drag shows on Thursdays, and on Saturdays it is one of the best and busiest gay venues in town. Looking for something a little tamer? Settle in to nearby cocktail bar, Peuteo. This is a relative newcomer to BA, but it has already developed a loyal following thanks to its super friendly (and cute) bar staff, and its great selection of cocktails.
While the majority of gay life in Buenos Aires is centered around Palermo, nearby areas including San Telmo and Recoleta also provide various options for LGBTQ travelers. San Telmo perhaps feels a little more niche than Palermo, and is home to the Pride Cafe and also Maldita Milonga (a great venue offering queer tango classes).
