Queen bed, A/C or thous who likes a cooler bed ******** is in the new addition of the house, upper front of house, with big windows. We would like you to feel like a part of our Family when visiting . Alex has a coffee pot, Just ask him if you like some ******** room,kitchen,bathroom are shared common space. We have a grill in the back ******** the gas off after uses of grill. We offer our guesses to eat with us, if they like. We are happy to show you place's to visit. We are only a block of the main street. We live in a house and have a nice back yard. We like to help out guess out and let them know where places are and the best way to get to their destiny. This is a nice clean quiet place and ask our guest to be respectful as we would treat ******** are accommodating people,Friendly,helpful,will treat you like family. GR is known for there beer. Live entertainment,Meijers Gardens,Shopping,or lots of place to eat depends what your looking for just ask. Note This town is very Gay Friendly.

Alex,I ask to keep noise to a minimum,late No outside shoes to be worn in the house.Smoking is to be done outside in designated area. We ask you to turn off lights fans and any Electronics off when leaving the room. We are clean quit people but we know how to have fun. Ask you not to smoke in our house.Please treat this as if its your place and you like to keep your place nice. Please respectful place to enjoy for the next guest. We are 420 friendly and Michigan its legal. all smoking of any kind outside. if you are to have a pet please let us know in advance please. We have Vivint Security, with cameras in common areas living,dinning areas. Look A the panel each time you inter or exit the house, are disarm the panel and keep house locked and Security armed at all times. Please do not slam our house doors! they are brand new doors. Close softly.

It was like I was staying with family. They fed me a full meal twice and shuttles me to my work event. They were very interested in making my stay the best it could possibly be—and they did.

If you want a place to stay that comes with a little community, this is the place for you. Stone and Alex have done a lot of renovation work adding additional space to accommodate their roommates and guests. Downtown is an easy bus ride or walk away. They really make themselves available to be sure you feel welcome. A great place to stay!

If you don't mind a slightly unfinished room, which I didn't, and you don't mind sharing a bathroom with 3 permanent tenants, which was never a problem, this is the place for you. Hosts Stone and Alex and Roommate James are the most down-to-earth, personable, loving guys. They would have fed me and chauffeured me anywhere if I wanted. They really made me feel like family. The huge room came with a queen sleep-number bed, punching bag and teeterboard. I definitely plan to stay there again.

Slightly unfinished room, meaning this is a brand new bedroom in the new part of the House, in the basement. Does not have a drop ceiling. Rugs not carpet both are noted in my ad. Frustrating why a person says unfinished when it may sound bad to others reading a review. Drop ceilings are used to cover up the wood ceilings in a basement ceiling. NOTE now days BIG stores you see the beams in stores or bars. this is the look these days!
