I had the most wonderful two-night stay at Roy's beautiful place right in the centre of everything. My room and bed were comfy and cool, and Roy's sense of decor throughout the apartment is spectacular. He's such a gracious host! He introduced me to his friends and his brother, had endless tips for exploring the city, was flexible about everything, and let me leave some stuff there after I left to explore. Highly recommended!!

Roy has hospitality in his DNA and I loved getting to stay at his place in the most central location in TLV. He went out of his way to ensure I felt at home and I loved getting to chat with him and enjoy his super comfortable bed and remarkably talented eye for design. The entire space felt so relaxing, and the balcony overlooking the courtyard is the best urban oasis 😎

The apartment is extremely beautiful: clean, organized and fully equipped with everything needed and more. The bed is very comfortable, and the house is very warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the design of the house and it has a couple of cute balconies to go out for fresh air and morning coffee. The landlord is very communicative and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment which is located 5 min from Rothschild blvd by foot, close to good restaurants and bars.

Highly recommended. Nice and well-maintained apartment, close to the center and the most interesting areas of the city. Not too far from the beach. Roy is available, friendly and nice!

Roy was very sweet and made us feel very comfortable and at home. The apartment is cute, and perfectly located for exploring Tel Aviv - easy to walk to things like the beach or the Carmel Market, no problem getting a bus or taxi, and plenty of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed spending time with Roy and appreciated his warmth and hospitality as a host.

No one when we arrived, we had to wait more than an hour for someone to come and welcome us! It wasn't even the owner but an acquaintance of his, moreover, the building was located in an unappealing back courtyard. When we entered the apartment the bed was not made, it was only made when we returned late in the evening after taking a walk around the city. The rest of the stay went well and Roy's friend was very friendly. Very mixed feelings..
