Welcome to Eyal’s B&B. You will love staying a few minutes from the fascinating Rothschild Boulevard, at the heart of Tel Aviv. My neighborhood is a mix of the old modernist city and the newly built skyscrapers.
You will be at a walking distance from the main Tel Aviv’s attractions, including Lewinsky Street Market, Nachalat Binyamin Pedestrian Mall, Florentine neighborhood, Rothschild Boulevard and Neve Tzedek quarter. You will find dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs in these places.
This is a spacious apartment, with 1 bedroom for my guests, decorated with handicrafts I have been collecting in my trips through Southeast Asia. It is quiet and perfect for a relaxing experience.
The bedroom is spacious in which you sleep on a new comfortable double bed (queen size) or twin beds (2 single beds) at your choice. There is still a desk and a chair, with enough storage space for your belongings. There is an air-conditioner and a fan.
The apartment sits on a recently renovated building, which is quiet and very residential. At your convenience, there is a branch of the AM-PM supermarket just right at the ground floor. You might also want to venture to dozens of popular shops, grocery stores, delis that you find nearby.
Breakfast is included in the price. It is served at 8:00 am (coffee or tea with a vegan omelette sandwich - made from hummus flour, herbs and spices), or later if I am not busy. Otherwise you might want to use the kitchen to prepare it on your own.
You are welcome to use the kitchen utilities and cook your own food whenever you wish.
Help yourself to coffee and tea, cookies are on the table.
Please note that the living room may be converted into a closed space where I work. I may work a few hours a day in it, but otherwise, it is free for your use as well as the spacious balcony.
