The apartment sits on a recently renovated building, which is quiet and very residential. At your convenience, there is a branch of the AM-PM supermarket just right at the ground floor. You might also want to venture to dozens of popular shops, grocery stores, delis that you find nearby.
Breakfast is included in the price. It is served at 8:00 am (coffee or tea with a vegan omelette sandwich - made from hummus flour, herbs and spices), or later if I am not busy. Otherwise you might want to use the kitchen to prepare it on your own.
You are welcome to use the kitchen utilities and cook your own food whenever you wish.

The apartment is in a quiet residential building that's only a few minutes walk to lots of restaurants and night spots. Fixed tasty breakfast and coffee each AM. Comfortable bed👍
