Shimon is a great guy and very friendly and helpful, apartment needs updating but air conditioning and water pressure are very good, location excellent lots of cafes and easy to get around

A pleasant stay with a very good host. I was warmly welcomed. Shimon gave me many tips and helped me with my questions. I had a great time. The neighborhood is recommended if you like it alternative and central.

Very nice, big room and well centrally located. Shimon was very kind and helpful. The sun onto the back balcony in the morning is a big plus. Indeed a good option for a stay in Tel Aviv!

The days in Shimon's house were pleasant, the house is in a nice neighborhood that is super central to get around. Shimon gave me all the tips on what to see. recommend it!

Shimon was a great host. He had info on where to go, he was waiting on arrival with ice water and my room's air conditioning blasting. (He's fully COVID vaccinated, by the way.) The location is 2 blocks from a main bus terminal (Levinski), which made it easy to drop my bags and continue exploring the city. In all candor, his place is not to the standard of a 6-star hotel, but it has the homey feeling that makes it sorta real.

Shimon was one of the best hosts that I ever had! Very friendly and always available to answer all questions about the city :-) I enjoyed his recommendations about the restaurants . Shimon loves his city . The room is cozy and the location is super great very close from the night life and the museums . I will definitely recommend Shimon place ! Thank you very much :-)

This is not a modern or hotel-like place, but Shimon is very nice, friendly, helpful and flexible, and this was a great way to discover Tel Aviv for us.

Very comfortable bed and a helpful and kind host. Not too far from the night life of Tel Aviv and pretty straightforward transit to the airport.
