If you are visiting Seoul and you would like to consider staying in an inexpensive but cozy and warm apartment feel free to email me! this is a studio apartment include private bathroom. This apartment has a full functional kitchen, full bathroom and nice comfortable sofa and queen size bed. If you are staying as 4 people, I will provide extra real queen bed with full set of bedding.(provided on advance request for 3people)

the apartment is located central of Seoul on Choonjeongno station in between Cityhall(Cheonggyecheon), royal palace and Hongdae area. It's residence area for local Korean. you could feel and live as local people. the apartment is located on the 3th floor in a quiet and safe residential area nearby cityhall. it's close to a lot of tourist area, and seoul station(15min by walk) 50min from airport(by airport bus). very central easy to go everywhere in seoul and any other city.

1. How to come & transportation.

8mins walking distance from Choongjeongno station(line(2,5)) and Seodaemun station(line5), besides there is shuttle bus from subway to the house every 5mins, if you don't want to walk. but you could feel amd see how local Korean to live as like..

only 1 station away from Cityhall&Gwanghwamun which major attractions. walking distance!

*how to come

from Incheon international airport. After you arrive to incheon airport, you could go out exit 5B or 12A at arrival gate. front of the 5B or 12A gate , there is 6002 bus. Take the 6002bus. Your station is Choongjeongno(충정로역). Should get off the bus at Choongjeongno(충정로역). I will pick you up in there.. please let me know the arrival time. from Kimpo domestic airport. just take purple line. station is Choongjeongno(충정로역). come out exit 8. there is elevator. I will pick you up in there. please let me know the arrival time.

2. comfy & clean

comfortable (Simmons porket spring bed) queen size bed. include clean sheet, 2pillows, blankets. extra portable matress(provided on advance request for 3people or 4people) - WIFI, LAN ACCESESS. - laundry machine in the apartment - TV with a lot of cable channels - 24h hot shower and clean bath room. divided shower section with rain shower. - Ondol(underfloor heating system)/aircondition - Dining table and chairs for 2people & 4people(max) provided on advance request for 3,4people - comfy sofa - bed linen and shower towels are included - a full functional kitchen, mixer for fresh fruit juice, wireless kettle, cooking stove, dishes, etc - vacuum cleaner, Iron, fan, transformers. For 3 or 4 accommodates. provided on advance

3. Eat&Drink (provided the map which I recommend)

1min : discount grocery store(7AM-1AM OPEN), KIMBAB(korean roll sushi $1.3), fresh bakery, BBQ chicken(Korean no,1 chicken take out & delivery chicken), snack bar(Korean snack bar : Tteokbokki, sundae, fritter), beer&soju(Korean alcohol) bar. (Not tourist food&price! Local food&price!) 2mins : local Korean restaurants (from $4) provided guide for how to order& recommend . Korean home cooked menu(many side dishes, soup, rice), Samgyupsal BBQ restaurant(pork belly babaque) : Korean love it with Soju"korean alcohol" from 5$ 5mins : Italian pasta, Chinese restaurant, handmade hamburger, kimchi restaurant, ginseng Chicken soup, Paris baguette, Makgulli trendy bar(rice white treditional wine) 8mins : Bibimbap restaurant(5$), Starbucks, cafe Bene, Standing coffee, Two some place, main famous& delicious coffee shops.

4. Security quite and safety residence area, main entrance have security key pad, there is your own key with the apartment. I work down stair of this apartment, I always love to help you for anything.

5. under 3km around main attractions (walk distance or 10-15mins by taxi, metro, bus). taxi is cheap in Korea. (2-5$) Seoul station,main shopping center(Myoungdong district, Lotte department store, Shinsaegae department store, Dongdaemun night market), cityhall square, Gwanghwamun, Deoksugung, Cheonggye square, Dongdaemun Market, Cheonggye Cheon museum, Honghakkyo(Seoul folk flea market), Daehakro, Changgyeonggung, Changdeokgung, Insa-dong, Seoul Museum of History, Agriculture museum, Dongwha Duty-free shops, Nanta theater, Jump theater, Jeong-dong theater. Silloam sauna JJimjilbang(Korean style spa, sauna, many kind of hot room ,charcoal, jade, salt, bamboo, ice, scrub bath, massage. entrance only 10$)

6. for long term guest it is located located with 5 major universities(Yonsei univ, Ewha univ, Sogang, Hongik, Sungkyunkwan). please ask me long term staying over 3months. will offer you special rate.
