This cute little cottage sits in a very central and convenient location. The beds were comfortable. The host Vince was accommodating and clear in instructions, and super easy to communicate with via email and text. Would recommend this place to other travelers visiting Key West. Bring earplugs if you can't stand the roosters (found all over the island) crowing all night long.

KW Coop was a wonderful way to spend my first time in Key West. The location was easy to get to and from. There is an outdoor shower in the back yard/deck area, which came in handy for us to freshen up after walking or trike riding the area. We had a rented car, and was able to park in front of the house, but found it unnecessary to have it. Uber to/from the airport or grocery store - then rent a bike, trike or scooter instead, to get around, and avoid parking fees. Recommend and will return!

A terrific place to stay - spacious and a little rustic but with everything you need from dinnerware to outdoor shower. Great communication and clear instructions for checking in and out. 15 minute walk to everything and although it's just off of a busy street it is quiet and has great a/c. Highly recommend and 10/10 would stay again

The KW Coop exceeded our expectations! My partner and I stayed here an entire week and it provided an authentic Key West experience. We walked to nearby restaurants and stores and biked everywhere else on the island. We especially enjoyed the private covered deck and backyard, which included views of beautiful poinciana trees. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living and bedrooms were comfortable. We will definitely consider staying at the KW Coop in the future.

Vince and Craig are great hosts. They're friendly and very responsive to any need or request. Their home is beautifully designed and appointed, and located near all of the excitement Key West has to offer. I would definitely recommend a stay at their lovely home.

This was my first Mr. BnB venture. So glad I booked this! Vince and Craig were wonderful to work with and their home is beautiful! Vince responded quickly each time I had a question. Courteous and kind every time. The home is FANTASTIC! Everything we needed was there. Spent several evenings relaxing in the house. We parked our car and didn't move it all week. Walked 0.6 miles to the middle of Duval St. Each day and saw many of the sights of KW. Met the neighbors at The Coop, they were all friendly and spoke highly of Craig and Vince. I would definitely recommend The Coop, Vincent and Craig and all of Key West.

The Coop is great! We thoroughly enjoyed our ten days there. Vince couldn't have been any easier to work with. He was very prompt, and he was always willing to answer any questions that I had. There were two couples in our party, and the house's layout couldn't have worked better. The two bedrooms are separated, and that was perfect since we had a late sleeper. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and it was especially nice having a washer and dryer. Also, the kitchen had all the basics and more! Without hesitation, we would book with Vince and stay at The Coop again—hopefully soon!

Had all the essentials for a great visit to Key West. Good location, well equipped kitchen, fast wi-fi, plenty of hot water and good air conditioning. The house was stocked with the essentials (laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo, ground coffee) which we supplemented with a supermarket run (milk, snacks, etc). But handy to have those things on arrival. The one appliance worth mentioning was the clothes dryer which took a very long time to dry. It wasn't an issue for us but don't wait til the last hour to do laundry. The location is good if you're a walker. We found it easy to get to Mallory Square and Duval Street; and there are lots of food stores and shopping close by. The neighborhood roosters were loud and persistent but they are everywhere in Key West so just a part of life down there. Between the a/c fan, hurricane shutters and the garden hose (to spray them) we didn't lose any sleep. The house is quirky (you enter the kitchen from the patio) but comfy and well furnished. It's small but very functional. We were two couples and found it spacious and practical. Communication with Vince was fast and easy. He sent the essential info the week prior and was available by text/phone if we had questions (we didn't). We'd book it again!
