The villa is located within a private plot of more than 1000 m2, completely fenced and surrounded by trees, creating an intimate, safe and very relaxed atmosphere. A place where you will feel comfortable from the first moment, whether you come as a couple, with friends or family. We are a gay friendly accommodation and we love to welcome travelers looking to enjoy their vacations with freedom, tranquility and good atmosphere.

No more than 6 guests are allowed under any circumstances.
Cribs are available on request, subject to availability (25 €).
A ******** of 300 € will be requested, to be paid in ******** at the time of key handover.
Pets are accepted at no extra charge.

Free private parking for up to 2 cars.
We do not charge final cleaning fees, so we appreciate that the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, similar to that found on arrival: floors swept, surfaces cleaned, crockery washed and garbage removed.
Please note that visitors are not allowed during the stay. Only guests registered on the reservation will be allowed to access and enjoy the villa, including the garden and pool.
Due to the conditions of our liability insurance, it is not allowed to exceed the number of registered guests. In case of non-compliance, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental contract immediately and without refund.
