You will have a private terrace and private entrance with a fenced yard. This 700 square foot one bedroom, one bath apartment has a full kitchen, large walk-in closet with full size washer and dryer and separate living area. The check in progress was seamless from the well-timed communications, impeccable directions, greeting upon arrival and providing a tour. The unit itself is eclectic with modernism brightening up the more austere contemporary elements woven in with some Art Deco and turn of the century pieces. But nothing seemed out of place and nothing seemed precious. It felt like a home. By the way, the bed sleeps 8 comfortably. After settling in, we surveyed the area. Literally walking distance from almost everything a gay would need, over-priced groceries, gay bars, adult store and good brand name shopping. This is return visit worthy

This is a private apartment on the terrace level. It has a separate entrance and a lovely, private garden. The decor inside is fun, eclectic, warm and comfortable. There is plenty of space--a living room with dining table, full kitchen, large bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet (with laundry & ironing board) and a nice bathroom. The place is spotlessly clean. The host is gracious and friendly. Very highly recommended!

This was our second time staying here and we were not disappointed. The host is very accommodating, their place is very comfortable, and the location is perfect! I highly recommend staying here and would come back again. Thank you Brad and Scott!

This was a great place to stay in the perfect location. Brad & Scott were great hosts and Brad welcomed us to the place, offering to help with anything day or night. We had a great visit and highly recommend this place when visiting Atlanta!
