This is a Sparkling Clean, Private Entrance Guest Suite that offers its own bathroom, separate eat-in area/kitchenette and a private patio. The bathroom has a separate tub and a separate shower. The bathroom has a separate tub and a separate shower. There's an outdoor table with two chairs. New Queen size bed. New 43 inch Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu and many others. Separate driveway and off-street parking are available. Smoking is permitted on the patio. Guests are welcome to pick vegetables and herbs from the garden. There's a shared backyard that's perfect for your pet (dogs 25lb or less). The Garden Suite offers a delightful mix of Antiques and updated furnishings. Guest can enjoy the garden and backyard with outdoor seating.

Our favorite place to vacation is Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. We've been several times and always enjoy going back. We also like Ft. Lauderdale, FL and St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands. Five things we can't live without - #1 - iPhones, #2 - Pets, #3 - Computers, #4 - Electricity for the tech stuff, #5 - and of course, Water!
We've done a lot of traveling, so we understand what it's like to arrive at your hotel/resort, exhausted. We have always enjoyed a quick, convenient check-in upon arrival at our destination. We both try to provide this type of check-in and check-out process to our guests as well.

The Garden Suite is located about a 25 minute walk or a quick 2-3 minute drive to EAV (East Atlanta Village). From Paoli Ave. make a left onto Flat Shoals Rd. SE, then a right onto Flat Shoals Ave SE. You will find many neat bars, restaurants and shops in “The Village”. The Midway Pub, The Glenwood, The Graveyard, We Suki Suki (recommended), Grant Central Pizza (recommended), Flat Iron, The Earl, Argosy (recommended), Mary’s Bar (an alternative lifestyle bar), Emerald City Bagels and Joe's Coffee Shop just to name a few. If this is your first visit to Atlanta, seeing a lot of the attractions, restaurants and bars is made much more convenient by using a vehicle to get around. The Atlanta Metropolitan Area is so incredibly diverse and expansive. Atlanta, like most major U.S. cities, offers what’s called a CityPass. The Atlanta CityPass offers a discount to 5 local attractions. The Garden Suite is located approximately 4 miles, from the center of many downtown attractions, such as, AmericasMart,The Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Center for Civil and Human Rights and the College Football Hall of Fame. Most of these attractions are centered around Centennial Olympic Park. The park is a perfect spot to take in all of what downtown Atlanta has to offer. There are many places to eat and drink that are within walking distance of the park. A little further out from the park you will find The World Congress Center, State Farm Arena, The Atlanta Convention Center, The Georgia Convention Center and the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium. If you like heights and great views, check out SkyView Atlanta. This Ferris wheel is almost 20 stories high and offers some spectacular views of downtown Atlanta. We also recommend visiting Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park. The Garden Suite is located approximately 2.5 miles from Zoo Atlanta and Grant Park. This was an absolutely beautiful and restful suite. Everything that you need is supplied. Very quiet and lovely private outdoor area to relax in after a day out. The East Atlanta Village (EVA) is a short car or bike ride away. There is a bike lane on many of the local roads. I biked into downtown Atlanta in about 30 minutes. Great place and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Ken and Shaune

A prime location on 15 by car to downtown Atlanta. The property is clean and comes with a small garden/ patio area great for sun bathing. The host were nice, accommodating and responsive.

What a pleasure meeting Shaune, Ken and their pugs! It's obvious that they take great pride as hosts. The accommodations, decorations and landscaping are beautiful. I loved the comfortable bed, the spacious bathroom with a big walk-in shower and separate tub, and the kitchenette decked out with a corkscrew, Clorox wipes, extra pet dish and other things I forgot to pack. It's a lovely, walkable neighborhood; and so many restaurants and stores are a few minutes' drive away. Couldn't ask for more!
