What can I say, the trip was AMAZING start to finished. I wanted to plan a little get away with my special friend, it was his first time. The check in was simple, the space is fun and the host are so welcoming! We had the whole place to ourselves Saturday night staying over, we grilled some burgers, sipped margaritas, and had some naked pool fun!! Breakfast in the morning was cute (sorry about breaking the sugar jar guys 🤦🏽‍♂🫣) we will definitely be back

This place is unbelievably nice. The rooms are perfect. The pool area is stunningly beautiful. I had originally planned on staying 1 night, but ended up staying 3. That's how amazing this place is. The hosts, Roger & Larry, are super-nice and very friendly. I can't wait to stay here again.

5 Stars are just not enough! Larry and Roger have created a wonderful, relaxing paradise. The grounds are a lush, exquisite, tranquil oasis. Each of the rooms are beautifully decorated with all the amenities one could ask for. The pool and hot tub area is spacious and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and fun. Roger went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday celebration amazing. He knows all the best dining, sightseeing and shopping venues in the area. The location is very private yet offers great, easy access to the roads and highways. If you are ever visiting Marietta area, this is an Exceptional value and experience for your accommodations!

Roger & Jerry are exceptional hosts. Great location close to Atlanta with beautiful facilities. Great chance to interact with other guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Roger & Larry's home through misterb&b. We were in town for a birthday celebration and to buy a new car, and it ended up being the perfect little getaway for us. The home had everything we could have needed — plenty of cold water, a nice variety of snacks, and a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The bed was very comfortable, and there was tons of privacy, which we really appreciated. We honestly spent about 90% of our time enjoying the great hot tub! There's also a beautiful pool, although it was a bit too cold for us to get in during this trip. Parking was easy and plentiful as well. We chose the property based on recommendations from several friends, and we're really glad we did. We had a great time and would absolutely stay again. Looking forward to coming back!

I love the place. It was very quiet. I enjoyed just relaxing. Larry was awesome. He made sure I had everything I needed. He made my stay very comfortable. I will be returning.

Very relaxing casual resort. Host Larry could not have been friendlier or more hospitable! Room was comfortable, breakfast was tasty! Evening cocktails were a nice touch. The backyard pool and spa are super nice... beautiful setting, very private, friendly guests. Can't wait to visit Larry and Roger's place again!

Roger and Larry provided a memorable experience for my first time in Marietta. My accommodations were spacious, comfortable, and the amenities were well stocked. Outside, the landscaping was majestic to say the least. The pool and spa were cleaned daily and the grounds were well manicured. With all the foliage I was concerned about stepping on something pointy while barefoot. That never happened. If your lucky, you'll get to meet the lil pups too!

Roger and Larry are great host that will make sure you have everything you need. Fabulous grounds.

This beautiful place never disappoints! Roger and Larry are the best, and I met their weekend helper Aldo for the first time this visit and he is a true charmer.
