Spacious, private two story loft in the center of midtown

Marcus is a classy host. His communication is impeccable; he takes joy in hosting; the place is exactly as pictured. I plan to return!

The perfect stay! Such a great, private space that is beautiful and incredibly clean. The host had created a thoughtful guide to the area and the space that I could reference, and was responsive and helpful. This will be my go-to stay whenever I'm in Atlanta!

Great location, cute space, amazing bathroom. Marcus was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others! My only gripe: while likely not an issue for most, but I was on a month-long road trip and had a large, heavy suitcase which was difficult to maneuver up/down the tall staircase, through the side yard area, and around the tight patio furniture.

Marcus is the perfect host! And the room is much more beautiful, tranquil, and stylish than I imagined. The photos don't do it justice. The fact his place is right around the corner from the Eagle and other nightlife is a huge plus. So glad I booked with Marcus and hope to stay with him again very soon!

Marcus is the perfect host, very responsive with great recommendations. The property is spacious and very modern despite being in an historic neighborhood. And the location is amazing, so many amenities are just a short walk away. I was able to leave my car parked the entire weekend. Marcus was an amazing host. He's very welcoming, friendly and kind. His home is beautiful! The bed is so comfortable, everything was very clean, and my favorite part was the huge, clean bathroom. The area he lives in is peaceful, and walking distance to several bars, restaurants, and Piedmont Park. I had a great stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone.
