Very Nice historic home minutes away from downtown Close to Belt-line and Lee and White development and Breweries. Large Kitchen for cooking, House is full of charm and in an historic neighborhood near downtown Atlanta. I am about 15 minutes from the airport by car or train. The train stop is walking distance from my place so no need to rent a car if your flying in or out of the city. The room is furnished. Free wifi You are just minutes away from downtown Atlanta Attractions Ga Dome, Turner Field, Ga Aquarium, Coca Cola Museum and lots of cool bars and places to eat some good southern cooking. I am happy to show you around.

Tim was a great host! He was incredibly communicative before and during my stay and made sure it was a great one! I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it!

I had a great stay at Tim's place! It was perfect for the night I was in Atlanta. His place was convenient for the airport and I found the bathroom and bed to be good as well! I will definitely stay again

I texted Tim for the check in instructions and he gave me a code to the Front door and said it would not be necessary to meet him, just use the code pick a bed that's empty. After arriving in one of the most ceedy places of town. I located what I thought was the house with the lights on as it turned out this house is two houses away in total darkness it was hard to read the address because there were no lights left on on the porch, in order to punch the numbers he gave me into the pad I had to use the lights on my phone and he said you have to pull in the door at the same time but the code didn't work because it's one of those locks where you have to hit twice for a 2, twice for a 4 ECT. ends up he gave me the wrong code and you just hit the button the first time which would've been a one instead of at two ECT so he didn't give me the right code to get in. when I did get in the place was heated. I then went to the bathroom to find that it looked like an old dirty gas station bathroom that it hadn't been cleaned in years now I realize this is an inexpensive place to stay but cleanliness is always a priority when you're renting to the public this place is way too dirty to the point it's disgusting so I left and got a room somewhere else. I texted him that it was disgusting and he never really answered in anyway except sorry that I left a pipe wrench on top of the toilet. if you don't mind using a bathroom from an old gas station that is cruddy dirty please save money and stay here!

Room was fine. Check in was easy. Rates on the other hand were something else. Came here as a Irma refugee and was price gouged. Rate online for all the rooms were $46. I was charged $84. When I spoke with him about it on the phone he then said that he would just rather not host people who would complain about the price.

The place is set up to accommodate a number of guests and has a bit of a hostel vibe. I didn't spend too much time there other than sleeping but really enjoyed the conversations I had with other men also staying. I would stay again if I return to Atlanta.

Unfortunately, this place had so much potential but failed to deliver. The house was dirty and messy when I arrived. The bed was comfortable but there were too much mess in the whole house. Empty beer cans on the porch, piles of dirty laundry, missing tiles and spider in the the shower, wet toilet on the bathroom floor, poopy-looking stains on the bathroom rug. Like I said, this place has so much potential. It's a beautiful old house. I just wish it were cleaner.
