This private suite and bathroom is located within walking distance (literally across the street) to Piedmont Park (Atlanta Pride Parade), Botanical Gardens and the most and best gay-owned and operated bars/clubs, restaurants and shops in Atlanta. Shared spaces include solarium, kitchen, dining and living rooms. All granite counters, stainless steel appliances, spare LCD monitor/ smart TV, corner office suite setup, and video projector to view entertainment in the living room, and outdoor pool. Majority of complex is gay and lesbian. Room includes microwave and mini fridge/freezer.

I have a bengal cat named Leo, so please always shut the front door each time upon entering and exiting the condo to keep him safely inside and conserve energy. No personal preference for noise or judgment on your sleep patterns as I have an odd sleep pattern but for Neighbors be mindful of excessive noise between midnight and 8 a.m. listing price includes two guests with possibility for additional guests at an additional fee.

Xavier's place was exactly as described. The location is incredible and close to many attractions. Check in was smooth and instructions provided were easy to follow. Xavier is an amazing host and can provide you with recommendations for food and things to do. He was always available if needed and very accommodating. Would definitely book again!

I had fun at Xavier's place. I can see why it's popular. It's in a safe, walkable location and it's perfect for nudists. I loved both aspects. Xavier is welcoming, sharing, and easygoing. Ask to see his VR headset! He had friends over a few times and he's up late/early so bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper, as I did. (I always travel with them.) In case people are wondering about having a cat around: I never saw him so maybe he moved out.

I lost my cat last August to an inoperable tumor the size of a grapefruit. He was 11, and I'd had him since he was six weeks old. It was painful, and it still is. I've removed the "pet on premises" detail, but I'm not erasing him from past reviews. He was here, and he mattered. I understand the disappointment in not meeting him, but I would have loved that more than anyone. I'm sorry if it caused confusion, but I'm not rewriting his memory for the sake of a listing.
