If this is a "day of" booking, you will still need to wait to receive an email from me confirming your check-in time (as it is subject to change) and your access/door code.

While your space it private and secure, this is still a shared house, please be mindful of this. Please don't leave food sitting around, throw it out if won't go in refrigerator - the garbage bins are in my driveway, next to the house. Letting it sit overnight in the unit only attracts unwanted guests (insects). If you need more trash bags, I try to leave extra's on the bins, but if all gone - just let me know.

If you cook on the stove or in the microwave, please wipe them clean; wash any and all dishes, cups, glasses, pots, pans and utensils.

If you move the furniture around, please return it like you found it.

No smoking and no weapons.

If you request an early check in time, and we agree to accommodate you, be here at the agreed upon time, or be subject to a fee of $10 per qtr hour. Conversely, late check out arrangements (if available) should be made prior to the morning of your check out. If not, you may be subject to a possible late check out fee, time being 1 factor of the fee.

Pets are allowed, just let me know up front so we may work out a reasonable pet fee (typically $25 the first night & $5 per night thereafter). Visitors are fine - just keep the noise level reasonable, and please no parties.
