This amazing, private room (13’ x 19’) is on the first floor with private entry off the chill courtyard, three windows, interior stairwell access to the rest of the house. It has an ample closet with adjustable shelves, an ensuite bath with rainshower head, and Nest thermostat to control the temp.

Hey guys, I'm a SGPWM and have lived in Atlanta since 1998 (Prior was in Miami/Ft Lauderdale and originally from Raleigh, NC).
Easy going, socially progressive guy, proud dog dad to Bruno, my 2.5y/o, super-friendly mini schnauzer. I enjoy being social, concerts, gym regularly, hiking, mtn biking, travel. Love DIY (father was architect/builder so grew up on job sites), also love music (mother is retired elementary music teacher). My ethos is no drama and treat others as you'd like to be treated (The Golden Rule).
Bruno (my mini-schnauzer pup) is super friendly, loves attention, playing fetch and being in laps enjoying belly rubs are his major pastime activities.
So very happy to host you in my home and I look to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Chris was a wonderful host; very gracious, helpful, and super-friendly. Beautiful place, impeccably clean, ideal location. Had a fabulous time and will definitely be back (hopefully in warmer weather)

Chris is an outstanding host. His place is impecably clean, welcoming, and tastefully furnished. He offers safe parking in his garage. Chris is very gracious host and is prompt with answering questions. He shared some of a batch of cookies he'd made. Our only regret is that we weren't there in the summertime so that we could enjoy some of his outdoor space. Oh, and we can't forget Bruno, his adorable, playful schnouser. All-in-all, we felt at home and look forward to another visit....in the summer.

I have stayed at a bunch of misterbnb's and Chris was probably the nicest host i have had ever. His home is in an ideal local. His house is beautiful. His dog is lovely. Everything about this place is perfect. He makes you feel as welcome as you want. He is a great host.
