Location was perfect for my purposes. Proximity to Marta and Whole Foods was very useful. Aktzi is a lovely person and a generous soul. One of the two cats is very friendly, the other observes from a distance.

Excellent location in immediate proximity to the Arts Center station (<200m), comfortable bed, 2 mischievous cats, a few friends passing through... Aktzi is a nice and thoughtful host but without fuss, easy to communicate with but who will also respect the privacy of those who don't wish to interact.

Easily the best misterb&b host I've had—like staying with an old friend. Easy check-in, plus nice offerings I did not expect (tea, coffee, a snack, an umbrella since it was raining during my stay). Listing is accurate, conveniently located, and charming. You'll love the cats.

I had a great time with Aktzi, the apartment is the last historic building on the block surrounded by new construction, and it's lovely. Check in and out were easy and flexible, and Aktzi was nice to talk to, made me feel welcomed to the community, and I even wound up going out with one of his friends.
