In town for a major citywide convention, and Fred made the entire trip exceptional. The location near the convention center was a top priority, but it was Fred's warmth, professionalism, and incredible hospitality that truly elevated the experience. His home is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. Everything was seamless and completely stress free. Truly beyond a 10 out of 10.

Fred was a wonderful host! Very attentive and friendly, he made me feel right at home. His place was very clean and so comfortable. I 100% recommend staying at Fred's and I will certainly be back on my next trip to Orlando.

An ideal location, a welcome of rare generosity: Fred made us feel at ease from the first minute, as if we had known each other forever. Available, thoughtful, he anticipates needs without ever being intrusive. The place is impeccable, tastefully decorated, and you really feel at home. Fred is an exceptional host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly easy to connect with. His place is impeccably clean, featuring a fantastic shower and an extremely comfortable bed that made my stay truly restful. Fred was great, super easy to coordinate with, and was lovely to get to know. I highly recommend his spot when you're in town. I definitely will stay here again when in Orlando

10/10 and already hoping Fred will have opening when I come back to Orlando! He is such an amazing host and we watched some very fun movies and shows together. His house is impeccably clean and very centrally located. I visited the city for a trade show and theme parks, and his house is right in the middle of everything. Also, Olivia is just the cutest dog and will sure bring you big smiles :)
