This is a 2nd floor bedroom with an office off the bedroom and a shared full bath in a 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath town house. there is a wonderful living room/dining room/eat in kitchen/ patio with BBQ. Fully furnished, Wifi/Land Line/Cable TV.
I am very laid back Realtor/Uber Driver and truly enjoy having guests, and especially love pointing out the wonderful things to do in the Boulder area. I am a transplant from NYC moved here roughly 11 years ago and love Boulder.

This wonderful townhouse has the private level one bedroom full bath for guests. I has a complex pool during the summer, right next to the 205 bus line downtown as well as being right next to Four Mile Creek, and Four Mile Creek Trail. The garage is great for indoor parking but also in front parking very convenient. I occupy the the finished basement with its own full bath also very separate. The main level has an additional living area, eat in kitchen, living area with fireplace and an outdoor patio. This is a wonderful space that I am proud to call home and love to meet new people, I also respect the privacy of those who desire it and need their rest. My dog Boots is a Border Collie/Lab mix and is so friendly loves everyone and will greet you with a smile and wagging tale.

The room was just as described; the right size for one, or two people, clean and very comfortable. Jim was great about communicating and had the coffee ready to enjoy in the early morning. I will return, someday.
