1 bedroom apt. next to Wenceslas Square

My friend and I spent 3 weeks in Jakub's apartment. It is an excellent location about a 5 minute walk to Wenceslas Square and about a 5-7 minute walk to at least 3 gay bars. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a large dresser in there for clothes and a large closet in the entry way for clothes and storage. The living room/kitchen is large and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. The refrigerator had several drinks and the cabinet has several snacks which you could eat and then pay the amount for each snack when you leave. Jakub was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with on ********. He even invited my friend and I to join him and his boy friend at a gay bar one Friday night while we were in Prague. If you are traveling to Prague and want a well appointed, well located 1 bedroom apartment I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It was fantastic!

Very nice host, who answered questions and let us know the gay places to go. Location is good, we walked everywhere. Plenty of supplies.

This is a great apartment in a terrific location..and Jakub was superb in making sure everything was just right from first communication to check out. The apartment has everything one needs..historic charm, modern kitchen and bathroom, great shower, comfortable bed, and sound-proof windows for quiet sleeping in an urban setting. Thanks, Jakub! The good things: 1. Jakub is very nice. 2. Apartment location is decent. 3. Fridge is stocked with water and other things for purchase. 4. Jakub provides a guide to the city. The bad things: 1. Bugs! Silverfish infestation in the bathroom. Every day I was there I saw multiple bugs running around the bathroom. 2. Filthy floor. Dust, hair, and a false eyelash. Had to walk around with socks otherwise the bottom of my feet would be black. 3. The four different doors and gates you need to get through just to get into the apartment are annoying. They’re old and the locks take a lot of wrangling to open/close. I didn’t enjoy staying here at all. It was so filthy I went back to Vienna for a few days to stay with a friend, and then came back on the last day to check out and return the keys. Quite upsetting compared to the other places I have stayed on MisterBnB. This was the most expensive one yet the worst one by far.

Jakub was fantastic!! Very responsive to messages, and understanding with some travel delays. Plus, this is a great apartment. Would 100% recommend, and would stay here again without hesitation.

The place was located in walking distance of all the attractions that I wanted to see. Host was quick to respond and provided useful information about Prague. The apartment was as advertised and clean.

Jakub was very helpful arranging a ride from the airport to the apartment. Upon arrival, he reviewed the area with us and gave us tips on getting around and what areas to see. The apartment was nice and clean and centrally located. We will rent this unit again when we return to Prague.

Jakob's, is the place to stay! Location, location, location. Everything described is 100% accurate. Something not described is the pillows on the bed. I'm very fussy about pillows. I loved the pillows on the bed. I was very happy that the apartment has an iron and washer in addition to a full kitchen set-up. Another visitor commented on what a great host Jakob is—I agree wholeheartedly that Jakob is terrific. This was my first visit to Prague—I plan to visit again and I hope this apartment is available for me to stay at again.

The apartment is a short walk from the train station so look it up before you take a taxi. Jakub was very communicative leading up to my stay and gave me a thorough lay of the land upon check-in. The apartment is spacious and in a central location. You can walk to the tourist locations and most gay bars in Prague.

The location of the apartment is very central- 5 minutes to Wenceslas Square and National Museum, and 10-15 minutes walk from main train station. You're just on the edge of the touristic heart of Prague. Only one flight of stairs up to the apartment, which has a full kitchen and laundry- so handy when travelling! Jakub was very helpful providing information and answering my questions. The only negative was the traffic on the roads nearby, which you can deal with either by sleeping with ear plugs or keeping windows closed.
