A quiet and cozy studio located in Prague 1, perfect for guests who want to stay right in the city center while enjoying exceptional peace and privacy.

Thanks to courtyard-facing windows, the apartment stays exceptionally quiet despite its central location.

The studio is located on the second floor of a historic 18th century building (no elevator). It features an open living and sleeping area with a comfortable 180 × 200 cm double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.

The apartment is fully private and lockable. The entrance is via a shared hallway, which also leads to another apartment, however guests always have the entire studio completely to themselves during their stay.

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking and includes a portable two-burner induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle.

🏖 HOSTIVAŘ RESERVOIR / BEACH AREA / HOSTIVAŘSKÁ PŘEHRADA
During the summer season (approximately May–September), the popular Hostivař Reservoir recreational area is a great place to relax, swim, or enjoy beach bars and summer atmosphere. It is located about 11 km from the apartment.

🏳‍🌈 Buddha Beach Bar (nude beach area)
You are welcome to my Buddha Beach Bar at the nude beach, my guest receive one free drink when they stay at my place.

🌴 In the nude beach area, guests may stay either clothed or without clothes. Full nudity is common mainly directly by the Lake. The beach is mixed—straight, bi, and gay friendly; it’s not a sex spot—just sun, swimming, and drinks

The apartment is located between Palladium Shopping Centre and Petrské náměstí, approximately 13 minutes walking distance from Prague Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží) and about 10 minutes from Florenc Bus.

Please note that the City of Prague requires a local accommodation tax, which is not included in the price.

The accommodation tax is 50 CZK (approximately €2.20) per person, per night, and does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
