This modern, fully equipped apartment is situated on the Admiralengracht, very close to the city centre.
The apartment is decorated and styled with a mix of modern and country style furniture. With its comfortable features this place will contribute to a joyful stay in Amsterdam
The building was built in 2012 and is therefor modern in it's comfort, but with the Old Amsterdam School style.
From the dining/living room and the balcony you face the Admiralengracht (canal). This is also the south side, so when sunny you can enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the sun.
In the living area you will find a big comfortable couch and a big flat screen smart TV
At the dining area a large wooden table invites you to sit down on the comfortable Italian chairs and enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Attached to the dining/living room is the open kitchen. The kitchen is provided with all modern equipment, including a dishwasher.
The big stoof and oven make it possible to cook your own meals, but obviously it might be good to go out for dinner downtown or in the neighborhood. There are many good restaurants around the corner
The apartment is clean and tidy and in a homey family building. I would love and appreciate it if you could respect that.

The apartment located just out of the center in a very young and hip area. Many new restaurants have opened their doors in the last 3 years, new local boutiques and some hotels and bars.
With a beautiful mix of all the different cultures that live in the Netherlands and Amsterdam, it is a lively area well connected to the city centre and wher eyou can find peace and quiet in the streets of the apartment itself.
By bike or tram you are right in the centre in less than 10 minutes.
Recently The Hallen was opened at a 5 minute walking distance. This restored old building is turned into a big lively market, cinema, galleries, small local businesses and many restaurants with different cuisines from all over the world. Most definitely worth a visit for lunch, drinks or dinner.
