Chillax at Rural Sonoma County Retreat

Our stay with Dan and Terry was wonderful. They were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house and property are beautiful and lush, with a wonderful pool and hot tub. Taking advantage of being in wine country, we enjoyed tastings at area vineyards. The nearby town of Occidental, is a charming, quaint place with great restaurants. We highly recommend them for a beautiful setting, fantastic amenities, and hosts who make your stay memorable.

What a great experience! Dan welcomed his home with open arms and a warm heart. The property is so gorgeous and feels like you are on a curated farm tucked in a forest. The hot tub was so nice to enjoy after a long day before bed. My partner and I had a great time chatting with Dan during breakfast, which was different every day! The home is ideally located in between multiple destinations with fun roads to travel between each other. Thank you thank you for the great time!

An Absolute Forest Gem Near Occidental! Our stay at this Mrb&b was nothing short of incredible! The location is simply unbeatable, tucked away in the serene forest yet just a five-minute drive from charming Occidental town, with its fantastic dinner spots and cozy coffee shops. While the photos are beautiful, they honestly don't do justice to how wonderful this place truly is. It's even better in person! The pool and hot tub were a major highlight, perfectly maintained and surrounded by a stunning, lush garden that made every swim feel like a private oasis. Our hosts were super warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We're already planning our next trip back – this is definitely a place we'll return to!

The pictures online do not begin to convey the beauty of the house and grounds. It is truly a special place. The loving care that's been put into it is evident throughout. It only gets better when you meet the wonderful hosts Dan and Terry. One feels welcome immediately in their home, so nice to share time with both of them.

There's no words to describe the best two days of my stay with Dan and Terry and Bosco! It's like heaven, the love they put in making their home a paradise on earth is admiring, it was my first ******** stay and will be back here again in the future! I got to hang with them outside at a concert and it was so fun. They treat you like family, and go above and beyond. Thank you again for accepting my stay!

What a lovely getaway! Dan and Terry were so kind and welcoming. They were very accommodating, and generous. They invited me to dinner a couple of the nights I was here when I didn't have dinner plans. They have a beautiful home and the hot tub is a nice plus!

This is a fantastic and fabulous place to stay and relax. My husband and I had a quick getaway to wine country and stayed here. The house is amazing and the tranquility of the area is superb! The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again soon! You will not be disappointed if you were to stay here!

We could not have asked for more of our stay at Terry and Dan's home. They were lovely company and at the same time we felt like we had our own space. The home is inviting. The hot tub is fabulous. It was a bit cold, se we'll have to come back for the pool! The combination of warm home and warm hosts makes this place a 6 on a scale of 5!

Dan's & Terry's place is like a getaway heaven in the woods. Very quiet place which we like and make sleep easily. The landscaping is beautiful with nice hot tub located in the garden as a real treat. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool due to cool weather. We will love to come back on the warm days to enjoy the pool and hang.
