This hilltop tiny home is surrounded by oak trees on our gated 5 acre property. Located about 100 feet behind our main home it is perfect for a relaxing getaway in the Texas hill country. Conveniently located halfway between New Braunfels and Canyon Lake you can enjoy the amenities that both offer. Less than 10 minutes (approx 5 miles) from Whitewater Amphitheater and the popular tubing on the horseshoe of the Guadalupe River. Private covered parking under the carport.
The tiny home is equipped with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay:
Kitchen 2 burner cooktop, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, and table with chairs
Living Room Loveseat, 50" TV with local channels, DVD player and DVDs, board games, and card games.
Bedroom 32' TV, large wardrobe for your clothes and luggage, queen size bed, extra blankets, pillows, and usb outlets for charging your electronics
