There are no established rules here as long as everything is agreed in advance, as it is a 1 bedroom apartment it will only be yours although it will not be allowed to receive intimate visits or visits outside of daytime hours unless the visit is a Naturist because that is how I live inside the house and I'm making it clear to guests.
