** Covid19 Mitigation and Safety Measures we are taking - and we are taking them seriously!**
Perfect for work at home! This home has a new mesh WiFi system. Super fast internet!
Your boss will never know you are floating in a pool answering emails!
My real job is in the import business and we are supplying FEMA and others with millions of masks and sanitizers over the last few months, so you know you are in safe hands with us!
1- We are requiring all of our staff and vendors to wear masks and gloves when entering our properties.
2- We are only using (as we always have) cleaning products that sterilize surfaces.
3- Linens and Towels are only laundered onsite. Most property management companies co-mingle at a glorified laundromat. We do not. Linens are specific to each property and will remaining at the property. All Linens are white and will be properly sterilized and bleached then rewashed in a softer All Free and Clear solution.
4-Soft surfaces in the house are hand sanitized. We have discarded most of our furniture and replaced it. New Couch, new beds and bedding, new mattresses. You will LOVE it here!
5- Hard Surfaces are disinfected with steam, then cleaner then finally hand polished to bring out their streak-free shine.
6. Utensils are washed in our new dishwasher that has a very hot Sanitizing cycle before and after each guest. Even if the utensils are in the drawer, they are rewashed before your arrival (same with posts and pans)
7. We will provide individually wrapped face masks and hand sanitizer at request and while supplies last.
We hope you enjoy your stay here at The Colony House. That said we believe we have included everything to make your stay as relaxing and stress free as you would like it to be. No smoking- $2000 fine for smoking on the property. All dogs accepted for fee of $125. Renters agree to cover any expenses for damages caused by your animal(s). We love all animals here!
Must follow Palm Springs rental rules and regulations. Guests responsible for any damages on properly while renting, including damages caused by pets. Enjoy our unbelievable pool and jacuzzi at The Colony House. We do charge the standard $120/day to heat the pool & jacuzzi (includes firepit and fireplace) or just $80/day for jacuzzi only. Our pool is designed to maximize the suns heat with a walking depth pool and a great lounging Baja shelf built right in! You most likely won’t even want the heater unless it’s the winter months - in which case we have you covered with a new 400,000 BTU pool heater! Remember swim at your own risk, no lifeguard on duty. We hate to charge but with energy costs through the roof we have no choice. For stays over 30 days you will be charged our exact cost for gas usage.
Please note our homes are not equipped to charge your vehicle and could damage the electrical panel. There is a super-charging station nearby at the Palm Springs Art Museum as well as the casino. A $250 excess utility charge plus any damages to the electrical system will be posted to your final bill. Thanks so much for your understanding.
