Room w. private bathroom + free parking 15 minutes from city center

The room is situated in an suburban area, people live here with small children, so please no loud talking outside after 8 pm on the terrace After entering the front door (it is a smartkey, a couple of days before arrival, you receive the key code) make sure the door is closed (this has to be done manually, close the door and wait till you hear the door locks itself. Breakfast will not be served. The room has a kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast Please turn off the airco and the lights in your room when you leave the room. Also don't turn the airco on, when the terrace door is open. If you leave the room, please make sure the windows and the terrace door are closed and locked (You can leave the window a bit open using the latch) Please do not lose the keys. Each key costs 15 Euro to replace You can use the washing machine one time during your stay, free of charge. Two rules: 1. the washing machine cannot be used after 22.00 pm (I do not want to disturb the neighbours with the sound), and 2. I prefer to assist you to operate the machine Smoking is not allowed in the room and inside the house or in the garden. You can smoke on the terrace (no joints) . Please do not throw the cigarette ends on the ground, or on the street. If you want to use the free parking space, let me know before arrival. Parking your car is at your own risk. There is room for one car. The property owner is not responsible for any damages or loss to personal property or vehicles during your stay, thank you The room is situated on the first floor and has steep (dutch) stairs. You have to carry your luggage to the first floor. If you have luggage you cannot carry by hand than it is likely you have problems getting your luggage to the room.
