Children:
12 and under are free.

Pool rules:
Pool hours are 9AM to 7PM and children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk. No diving is allowed. Guests are prohibited from bringing any glass into the pool area.

Pets:
Pets permitted, $20 per night with $150.00 maximum pet fee per stay.

Damages:
Any incidental destruction will be charged directly to the guest upon discover of any damages done to property by guest or visitors upon check out. This includes phone calls, pet damages, or damaged or missing hotel items. No in-room parties allowed. All noise be kept a respectable level after 10:00 PM. Casitas Coral Ridge does not assume any liability for any loss, injury or damage sustained by you, your companions or your property from use of the hotel facilities which are used entirely at your own risk. Casitas Coral Ridge will not be responsible for any negligence including doors left open in unoccupied rooms or the loss of unprotected valuables. Safe ******** boxes are available inside the rooms. We are not responsible for stolen or damaged vehicles.

Smoking:
$150.00 fee will be charged if we detect any smoke in any of the rooms and you will be asked to check out.

Additional persons:
There is a charge of $20 per night per person for more than 2 people in a room.

Parking:
We offer free parking to all of our guests. One space available per reservation.

Check-In time is 3pm.
Check-Out time is 11am.

If arriving after 5 pm you must confirm your arrival with the office. We will also need your cell number as well as your estimated arrival time and mode of travel if this has not already been provided.

Payment:
We accept ********, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards.
No personal Checks accepted.
Payment via ******** is available but must be arranged at time of booking.

Minimum Stay:
Minimum stays may be required for special events, holidays, weekends (2 nights high season), etc.

Deposits:
A 50% ******** of the rent and taxes is due upon booking. (One night bookings require full amount) Balance is due upon your arrival date at check in. The credit card used for ******** must be in the same name of the person making the reservation and must be displayed at check in.

Cancellations:
Cancellations made 14 days prior to check-in may be refunded in full, minus an administrative fee of 8%, cancellations made within 14 days lose the 50% ********. No refunds for early departures and no shows. We will charge 100% for all no shows. Reservations made via a third party like ******** will have their own terms and conditions. Please make sure you read them!

Other Cancellations:
Hurricane Policy. We cannot be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancelations or inconveniences in your trip due to weather. However if you have a confirmed reservation and you are due to arrive within 24 hours and an evacuation order due to a hurricane warning is in effect, you will receive a full refund or transfer any ******** to a future stay. If you have already arrived on the island and an evacuation order is placed you will receive a full refund for the unused portion. We advise vacation rental or travel insurance.
