With this cozy place is all about privacy and location.
Located just one minute from the interstate expressway I-95, you will be sooner down south to Miami or up north. Also, the interstate I-595 is less of three minutes can accessing the college area and to the road for the west coast.
However, this private studio is in a quiet and nice Neighborhood , really close to Fort Lauderdale downtown allowing you to enjoy all the good of it: great restaurants, movie theaters, shops, bars and clubs also the offices of the financial institutions, Government offices, and the Broward General Medical Center.
If you are outdoors walking , riding a bike yet to the beach in not more of 20 or 30 minutes, kayaks, or using the free tennis court is another great attribute of Riverside Park neighborhood.
The room has its own private entry, and all you could need to have a great time is if your trip is for vacation or for work.
Full size real bed, refrigerator, microwave, tv, wireless Internet . Dishes,towels, and basic toiletries. Also, the bathroom is just for the use of the guest.
Riverside Park is an old neighborhood full of trees and houses cottages style. Safe and quite also great for walk around enjoy nature.
