Welcome to my home, It is with pleasure that I welcome you in my 2-room apartment near the center of Angers. I share my room with a 160x200 bed. Naturism possible: at night, of course, you can sleep comfortably; otherwise, the shutters will be down as I have a bit of a view, ideal for aperitifs and waking up in the morning for breakfast. I have a cat at home for those who are allergic. For smokers, I have a large terrace. Large living room with open kitchen where you can use my fridge and kitchen. Shared bathroom with bath/shower and separate toilet. Easy access to Angers center and train station by tramway in 15 minutes (line A, Terra Botanica stop). By car, exit 16 off the A11 is just 5 minutes away. Free parking on my street and there's also the Elisabeth Boseli public parking lot, which is covered, free and guarded. I offer a simple breakfast, hot and cold drinks, pastries or cookies, yoghurt. I welcome you with a welcome drink. Towels provided. Terra botanica is just around the corner! And the château is within easy reach. Plenty of nature walks from my place. All that's left is for us to get to know each other, so come as you are :-).

I share my room and my bed of 160x200. I have a convertible sofa in which I can sleep I stay in the apartment during the stay, possibility to share the meal together. I have a cat at home, so no other animals. Large terrace for smoking outside. Following my hours of work we will discuss the time of arrival (at the latest 20h) and departure (at the earliest 8h).

He is a true treasure of Angers. He guided me to discover many interesting things in the city and took great care of his guests. The place is very clean, with easy access to the city and super quiet at night. The cat is also very cute!
