Quiet, luxurious apartment on the top 2 floors of the building (90m2). Located in the heart of Montreal, for long-term rental (min. 1 week, ideally monthly). Fully furnished, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the first level opening onto a large balcony, and huge bedroom with queen-size bed on the 2nd level opening onto a large terrace. Located between the Plateau and Village Gai, close to 2 metro stations and a multitude of local shops and supermarkets. While central, it overlooks a quiet, green inner courtyard. Underfloor heating is provided on all 2 floors, and the huge bay windows face south-west. A real treat in winter! We'd like to rent out our apartment during our trip, for periods of at least a week, ideally by the month, in exchange for a good price.
