I offer a room in my house, located in the heart of Pocitos neighborhood. This is a one-bedroom apartment, with a shared queen size bed, and an air mattress can also be added. The apartment has an independent kitchen, balcony, a modern decoration and lots of light. My place is 200 meters away from the promenade by the sea, ideal for walking around in a safe area. The neighborhood is very practical and lively, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and everything you would need within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible. Nude friendly as long as discretion is taken for nearby neighbors.

Very good experience staying with Matías. The house is exactly as it appears in the photos: tidy, very clean and comfortable. He was always attentive, kind and very pleasant to talk to. We even shared an outing to the cinema and for drinks, which made the stay closer and more enjoyable. Recommended as a host for his hospitality and care of the space.

Montevideo was the part of my vacation that I needed to relax / recovery time during travelling in South America. Mati's apartment was very comfortable and clean that made me recovered for the next leg of my trip! Thanks again Mati for your hospitality

Mati is such a warm and welcoming person, his home is in a perfect location, tastefully decorated in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of great cafes, restaurants and food stores nearby. We are so appreciative of his recommendation that we experience the amazing Pelenque Restaurant in the Puerto area. We came as strangers but definitely left as friends. Highly recommend you stay with Mati when visiting Montevideo, you won't regret it.

Mati is an excellent host who makes you feel at home. In fact, we went to dinner together as friends and had a long chat. The apartment is well-located in Pocitos and very close to the beach. Very easy to get to from the Tres Cruces terminal. I would definitely return.
