Very pleasant stay with Christophe, he was available, welcoming and a good communicator. I felt comfortable at his place. I will happily return.

Christophe is a wonderful, easily approachable, and generous host! Neither of us spoke much of each other's language but we had fun using ******** Translate! 😅😁 The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. There are 2 windows which when shut block out most of the light! The apartment is lovely with a big bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and large lounge space (where Christophe and I spent a good amount of time watching TV and chatting). I was able to come and go with my own key. Calais itself is a lovely town with a beautiful beach! Absolutely wonderful experience and I will definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area! Don't hesitate to book!

Very nice stay at Christophe's place. A very friendly host and very knowledgeable about Calais! The apartment is very well located, close to both train stations (Les Fontinettes and Calais Ville) and near points of interest so everything is doable on foot or by public transport. The apartment and the room are perfect for a short stay in this city that deserves a visit! Christophe is very cool. He has lots of great advice to give and is very accommodating (guys, don't take advantage though!). Host 5***** I recommend : )

Christophe was very welcoming and showed me around his house. We managed to communicate even though he doesn't speak English! I was able to park right outside in a very quiet street and had a great night's sleep.

Very good stay at Christophe's place. The apartment is quite close to the train station and points of interest in the city, everything is walkable. The apartment is simple but functional and Christophe is very friendly, it's easy and pleasant to chat with him. He gives good advice and is accommodating. I recommend :)

Christophe is a great host - welcoming, flexible and very accommodating. The house and bedroom are very clean and spacious. Situated on a quiet and peaceful street off Calais's main street, it is easy to find and to get to from the train station(s) and port, with easy access to shopping, restaurants and cafes in the area Situated on the first floor, there are some stairs on entry so perhaps not suitable for people with accessibility restrictions.

Very good exchange and welcome from Christophe. Comfortable bedding. Vehicle parked in front of his place. Ideal for spending a night in Calais before taking the ferry ⛴ to the UK.
