Way is an amazing host. The bedroom and bathroom were super comfortable, everything was clean, and the rest of the property is lovely and welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting some of his friends and experiencing a few favorite hangouts around town. Thanks for a perfect introduction to Cape Coral!

This place was great at first like I said was great towards the end though host had guests over and made it very uncomfortable one was they told me I was not allowed to smoke cigarettes on the property meanwhile smoking went on there just not by me second when his friends got there early before I left they made it very uncomfortable for me to why I wanted to leave by talking very disrespectful and much more the hose should realize that the walls are very thin. I understood his friends wanted to use the room that I was staying in, but I paid not them. So then I decide to leave to make it easier on myself.

I didn't have a problem with my guest and I wasn't disrespectful. However you (Mr bnb) needs to do a background check on this guy. If you even find out his correct ********. Don't share any of this with him. He lives here in Cape Coral where I live and he just Mrbnb in the same city. You might want to do a ground check. I wouldn't want any thing to happen. Not a warning, just an observation.

Wayne's house is just beautiful and he is a wonderful host. His place is super clean and was located exactly in the middle of everything. Comfortable bed! If you are looking in Cape Coral/Ft Myers, this is a perfect place to stay. I will return.

Great location, in close proximity to highways and restaurants, but in a very quiet residential area. Home was immaculately clean and bedroom and bath were private and comfortable. Wayne was a gracious host as we spent a few hours watching the progress of the hurricane which passed through during my stay.

We wanted to go to Cape Coral Pride so we needed a place for the night..Van & Wayne were incredible hosts!!!!!! They hung out with us at Cape Coral Pride and we danced some songs together!!! Perfect weekend thanks to our hosts!!!

This was my first time using Mister so I was a little anxious. I had a busy day and traffic was bad so arrived in the evening. Wayne and Van are very kind and considerate. I felt welcome in their home. Hope to see them at their home in the future or if they ever visit MI.

Wayne & Van are 2 of the nicest people one could ever hope to meet! They were very communicative during the booking process, and so very welcoming when I arrived at their beautiful home. The pictures shown are accurate (though I think their home is even more lovely in person) and they offer a comfortable and restful oasis for weary travelers such as myself. I hope to have the opportunity to stay with them again in the future.

Our stay with Wayne and Van was a good one they were very hospitable and gave us all the privacy one can have in a shared space. We recommend them if you are looking in Fort Meyers Florida we plan to add them to our list!

Wayne and Van are outstanding and welcoming hosts who have a beautiful residence with a heated pool. It is a quite comfortable and homey place to stay. And the hosts are very communicative and kind. Highly, highly recommend.
