My husband Bruno (his native language is Spanish) and I have a 1915 house located in Midtown Memphis, in Evergreen Historic District. With it’s own private entrance, we have an updated art filled apartment, complete with original claw foot bathtub. The apartment has a full size range, with an a small refrigerator. There’s a large grocery store 2 blocks away. It also has it’s own washer and dryer in the unit. Parking is available right by door to apartment. We have WiFi and exterior video security cameras as well.

We’re located 3 blocks from the large art, music and food filled Crosstown Concourse. It’s a renovated 1927 Sears 14 floor art deco high rise. ******** it to get extensive information. We’re also within a mile of 3 Gay clubs (3 blocks to 2 of those bars) and only a few miles to Memphis’ new Gay bar just off of famous Beale Street. Crosstown Concourse has 2 coffee bars located inside. Music clubs and much more are also nearby.
