The Reveal
This unique room rental offers access to your own hall bath connected to a bedroom with queen size bed. The rest of the house isn't available for use without prior permission. About 15 min from Cedar Rapids airport and 5 minutes from downtown—located on SE side of Cedar Rapids. Would also be great option for corporate and executive rentals, or medical professionals like a traveling nurse. Plenty of street parking is available out front. The neighborhood is great! Walk a few blocks to Bever Park, check out the historic Brucemore mansion and enjoy an awesome mix of architectural styles and historic homes. There’s also a good mix of dining options nearby. If you go downtown check out Black Sheep. If you want a cool vibe grab the couches at RG Books and enjoy good food and drinks. If you’re looking for a wide variety of food consider Granite City. There’s also Basix—the only gay bar in Cedar Rapids. Or head to Iowa City (20 min away) and check out the college town and Studio 13.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the only place to stay in Cedar Rapids! James was great in his communications. I was excited for the trip even before I left home. The pictures were accurate and I enjoyed the whole package. The location in town and the property are historic. The owners' renovations are making a beautiful historic home updated and even more beautiful. I hope to stay again, when I'm back in town. This jewel of Cedar Rapids is not to be missed. Thanks for the Grande Experience!
